What Is a Wiki?

A wiki is a website that is easily created, edited and shared. It is used as a collaboration tool and encourages creativity, sharing and teamwork among individuals. The integration of wikis in the classroom can promote a higher level of critical thinking and problem solving skills. Wiki stands for "what I know is".
